A TW 6000 in Hanover is always green, unless it has a full-body advertisement such as this one, heading into Goethestraße. As far as I know, they received the LED displays only in recent modifications. The much more modern TW 2000 and TW 2500 do not have them. What you can see here is that they mean it when they call these vehicles high-floor, and the steps needed for getting into them are very steep.
