I took nearly the exact same picture before I went home over christmas (apparently nobody bothered to move the locomotive, or they put a new one in at exact the same spot), but then I though that the various branches looked too white, as if they were full of snow (due to being back-lit then). That’s clearly no longer a problem.

This picture was also taken on Monday, and shows a belgian 55 in Aachen West, one of four parked there. I’ve no idea what will happen to these old diesels now that the freight line to Belgium is electrified, so I’m glad I still managed to take a shot of them.
