Notes

This evening I was in Cologne again, to meet up with Soma and take pictures of this beauty, entering the station with the historic TEE (Trans-Europ-Express) Rheingold trainset. The class 103, originally designed as E 03, is the most powerful german electric locomotive ever. For years it’s job was to pull the fastest and heaviest of german passenger trains. Nowadays, it’s only found in museum duties, such as here.
