I did want to make a longer description, but I stupidly decided to post this while making a pause right in the middle of a “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” two-parter and now my concentration is all gone, but I know I can’t rest and enjoy until this image is out of my system now, so here a short overview:

• Steam locomotive
• Harzer Schmalspurbahnen (Harz Narrow Gauge Railway)
• Station Drei Annen Hohne
• Class 99.72 “Neubaulok” (new, i.e. post-war, locomotive)
• Train coming from Wernigerode
• Train heading to Nordhausen
• It was cold
